Delta Plans:
There will be no increases in the premiums for the DeltaPremier
and the DeltaPreferred option plans for 2005.
Prepaid
Dental Plans: Effective April 1, 2004, Health Net Dental
Plan merged with SafeGuard Dental plan. The benefits for the
two plans are the same and for 2004 the two plans remained
distinct with individual plan premiums.
Effective
January 1, 2005, SafeGuard will consolidate the two plans into one
SafeGuard Standard plan. The 2005 premiums for SafeGuard are
8% higher than the 2004 rates due to the plan merger.
Premiums for PMI will increase 3% effective January 1, 2005
through December 31, 2005. The 2005 premiums for the prepaid
plans will continue to be fully paid by the State.
