State Scientist Exhaust Leave Credits -Need Your HELP!!

CAPS Member Valerie Chenoweth-Brown has exhausted her leave credits and needs your help!  Making a contribution is easy -- just download Valerie's Catastrophic Leave Request Form here and immediately submit it to your Personnel Office.  They will initiate the transaction and forward it to Valerie's department.  Please keep a copy for your records.
