CAPS offers
low cost insurance at very competitive rates from The Standard. The Group Life
Insurance Program sponsored by CAPS has recently been improved, with the option to choose life insurance amounts up to a new maximum
of $520,000!
Enrollment
forms and informational brochures are now all available below.
The brochures answer common questions such as "when am I eligible?"
"when is coverage effective?" and provides complete descriptions of
amounts of insurance and the costs for each.
